Dr. Yemi Agboola is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry.
Throughout her distinguished career, she has established herself as a trusted clinical leader, healthcare consultant and educator, with a specialized focus on geriatric care and clinical leadership within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to continuous learning and multidisciplinary excellence. As a Clinical Advisor, she excels in sub-acute rehabilitation, clinical documentation integrity and streamlining facility workflows by coordinating multidisciplinary teams at every level.
Bridging medicine, education and transformation
What sets Dr. Yemi apart is her unique ability to move seamlessly between healthcare provider, academic educator and wellness coach.
As an Adjunct Faculty member, she provides educational leadership and clinical instruction, mentoring the next generation of professional nurses so their skills align with rigorous industry standards and regulatory requirements.
A Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Board-Certified in Advanced Chronic Condition Management, she applies lifestyle science and evidence-based protocols to improve quality of life for adult and geriatric populations.
A Certified Health and Life Coach, she focuses on the six pillars of lifestyle medicine and behavioral change to foster preventive care and empower individuals through her Do It. Empowered. program.
Beyond the clinical walls, Dr. Agboola is deeply established in her community. From serving as Program Director for Wisdom Kids youth mentorship since 2020 to founding the "Do It. Empowered." intensive for women, her life's work is rooted in health equity, personal resilience and professional advancement.

So we brought compassionate care, specialized consulting, clinical oversight, practical technology and transformative coaching together under one roof.
